I’ve loved photos for as long as I can remember. As a young child, I adored modeling for my older sister, Tara, who once had her own photography business. In middle school, I collected prints and plastered my walls with them, and weeks after graduating from high school, I purchased my first DSLR. I started by taking pictures of my friends and family, and soon enough I was getting inquiries from other people. Thus began Alana Braund Photography!

It has been 8 years since then, and I have grown so much artistically, professionally and personally. I’ve been able to connect and build relationships with countless people through photography, and I am truly so grateful and excited for what’s to come.

Outside of ABP, I also teach middle school math. This summer, I am marrying the sweetest man, Blake. Together, we love to try new foods, spend time outside with our dog, Bleu, and travel as often as we can. My family is the most important thing to me. Although I now live in Minnesota, I frequently return home to Elroy, WI to visit them (and my amazing clients!).

My favorite things are shoes, french fries and the Armchair Expert podcast. I know every word to every episode of Friends, and I’ve been to 8 countries and 32 states. I can’t wait to learn more about all of you!
